[quote author=“Greg Gant”]Y’know Kevin better get some semi-attractive computer nerd girl ass his freshman year, that way he’ll move from porn addictive netizen to quais-sexual predator and start combing HSes for girls a year or two younger than him.

5000 Francs and my eternal love to the man or woman who turns that story into comic book, song or film.

Nice drawing, it brought back tons of memories of the Rocketeer film. I dind’t even know that it was a comic book in the first place.

I had also completely forgotten that Disney owns the rights to the film which makes me hope for a Rocketeer World in Kingdom Hearts 3. Imagine Sora, Donald, and Goofy fighting Nazi Heartless on a Zeppelin. raspberry

That would kick seven kinds of ass. Sadly Disney completely ignores the Rocketeer because the movie flunked as a result of launching long side Terminator 2 and that Robin Hood movie with Kevin Costner. All old Rocky gets is a pop-corn machine in Disneyland.

Really great work, glad to see you finally got some quills - nice crosshatching smile I think the lower torso needs to be turned left just a little bit, so it’s inline with the badge and maybe spotting a few blacks with a brush would make it top notch.

This time it’s Beast, as all you dudes who’ve seen X3 should be somewhat familiar with.

And for those who are interested, pencils and inks.

I’ve noticed you have sorta unique set of proportions, like exaggerated head size and small arms (especially forarms/hands and calves/feet) and legs which seems akin to humor but when done to super heros seems kinda different.

Also there’s something disturbing about that picture. I can’t put my finger on it. Maybe its because he’s chillin’ with a hulked out shirt and seems delightfully calm will enjoying some pinot and a book, the pink thing on his are or the fact the way he’s holding his wine glass seems suggestively effeminate (like he’s gonna go shopping at bed bath and beyond after he’s done with his book).

Yeah, one of my biggest problems with superhero art is letting the cartoon proportions go. It’s something I struggle with every time.

I wanted this one to be as if Frasier had suddenly transformed into Beast, leaving him with a tattered suit (the pink stuff is supposed to be the lining of his suit) and a fine glass of cognac nested in his big monkey hands. So the femininity is all on purpose.

You still do a monthly/weekly/semi-daily web comic Ebbe? Or did you give up on a web comic and just focus more on detailed drawings instead? Your work is quite good.

I haven’t done a regular comic in a while, mostly because I don’t have much time to do one, and when I do I’m usually too tired/drunk to come up with anything good. I’ve thought about getting back in the game but I need to come up with a solid concept first. You know, whether I wanna do funny-strips or story driven stuff, superheroes or normal people, steady character gallery or not, that sort of thing.

So until lightning strikes with ample inspiration and ideas I’ll just keep working on my art. I believe in getting your basics down before you go nuts.

Baboon Squad.

Charlie’s angels meets Planet of the Apes, it practically writes itself. That one is free of charge, my gift to you.

Baboons are hard to draw, so I drew you a chimp instead.
