Okay, just thinking about the somewhat recent spate of "recommend your best book/porn/whatever" and how little people actually check out the stuff people mention.

I know you guys listen to some good stuff, but it’s pretty hard and time consuming to look all around the net for 50 or so alubms. Maybe it would be easier to recommend music to people if we actually provided it to download. So I was thinking of something along the lines of "Pick 10 songs and upload them". A list that size keeps download sizes small, but I think it also forces you to really thing about what essentializes your music collection. Or something.

So, here’s my entry. I tried to keep it radio friendly, so no 20 minute classical compositions or rush epics.

I would also classify this as too close to piracy to put up copyrighted material like this… links to iTMS previews or other free previews of the songs across the web would be better IMO.

I don’t think a few sampler copyright items will at all hurt us. There are much bigger fish to fry!

Well, seeing as Bia and Ebbe seem to have have gigs of illegally shared content on my server, it wouldn’t hurt to have the rest of you do the same. Might as well keep the RIAA charges concentrated to one person, right?
