As the wedding approaches, we’ve been so busy with all plans that we’ve forgotten to keep you all informed. So for those interested (or at least a tad curious) this is what is planned:
May 24:
The big day. Seriously, it’s only 6 weeks left now. We’re gonna be on the island where I grew up and where we spend all summers with my parents still. Wedding will take place on the beach if the weather holds, otherwise we got secondary plans as well. Large party on the evening for all people grown up enough to not run around the floor chasing balloons.
May 25:
Brunch for everybody (even borkers should you feel the vicinity of the Norwegian border tempting).
May 29 - June 12:
Honeymoon. We’re going to the cetacean capital of the atlantic ocean. The Acores may be part of Portugal, but it’s truly a haven for whales and dolphins alike. Also awesome landscape with volcanic lakes and everything. We’ll have photos up when we can after getting home 
After that we had plans of inviting all the borkers wanting to come over for a bork party, but with two more borkers getting married the same summer, and us being so late to announce it, it feels we missed the mark on that a bit.
Instead I propose this:
A Bork Wedding WAN party. Since we can’t really have a LAN party as spread out we are, we could dedicate a full weekend after all summer weddings are over just trying to get as many as us together to play the games we can get most together in. I will be sure to have my Live account back to gold status when we get there, so Halo 3 and all other 360 games should work, as well as computer games. We’ll see what we can botch up. Any suggestions of when is welcome, since I don’t know when semesters start in the US.
